|Duties and Responsibilities|
Preparation of the company formation and renewal application in Economic development.
Preparation of visa application and the procedures for labor and emigration.
Preparation of the municipality and medicals.
Preparing labour card, emigration card and memorandum and its amendments.
Arranging and evaluating all applications and documents to be submitted to the Immigration Department and to the Ministry of Labor for the purpose of Employment Visas, Residence Permits, Labor Cards and Contracts.
Scheduling for staff visas, their medical fitness and coordinating with other internal and external departments.
Collecting all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
Document Expiry Control and ensure timely renewals
Prepare forms for Medical fitness and Occupational health cards of the company staff
Lodging labor complaints and absconding reports.
Filing and document controlling.
Other office administrative duties.
