|Duties and Responsibilities|
Maintenance of HR Information Database & Database management.
Administer and co-ordinate the performance appraisal reviews of the company.
Induction / Orientation for the new Employees
Involve in gathering and coordinating data entry of payroll.
Coordinate specialized recruitment efforts with other staff members; develop strategies (in coordination with other Human Resources staff) for recruiting to include Affirmative Action goals.
Administer the probationary evaluation process of the new employees.
Maintain the leave management system.
Administer Employment Agreements.
Preparation of induction information and advice of the same.
Assisting in planning & coordinate overseas recruitment trips, arrange interviews of overseas candidates.
Provide professional support to subordinates in line with the established policies & procedures.
Monitor & screen short listed applicants ensuring that selection criteria are applied. Having a track on the candidates called for interviews.
Ensure that all approvals are obtained prior to initializing recruitment campaigns. Maintain effective liaison with depts.
Receive, identify, maintain and control recruitment record in the respective area of operations.
Review & develop agreements, contracts & Employment offers on annual basis, if & when needed.
Prepare the initial job offer and carries out the negotiations with the candidates. Follow-up with PRO for the selected candidate's visa and other documents needed.
Attend to candidate's queries and brief them on the terms and conditions in line with the policies & procedures.
Maintain a continuous cycle of interviewing to build a reserve of candidates against vacancies arising.
Coordinate and liaise oversea employment partners: manpower supply agencies, etc.
