Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and develop strategy for HR management.
Report generation of pre appraisal, appraisal and post appraisals closures.
Manage all HR related functions such as recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employees and industrial relations, training and development, administration support.
Direct the processing and entry of all personnel actions including appointments, promotions, transfers, separations.
Ensuring safety of employees and organizing wellness programs.  
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Conduct induction programs with pre recruitment and post recruitment activities, arranging Employees training, gathering Feedback and suggestions.
Ensuring all the updating of the documentation.
Manage the legal requirements for Visa procedures.
Manage administration functions of the organization.
