|Duties and Responsibilities|
Running day to day operations of the organization.
Responsible for preparation of receipt vouchers, payment vouchers, Performa invoices and Local Purchase Order (LPO). Ensuing daily banking of cash, cheques and other documents.
Responsible for liaising with all level of customer and requirements and ensuring the flow of information, queries and complaints are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner.
Responsible for payments to suppliers for all goods and services received by the company.
Taking care of all the purchases of the company.
Coordinating with all the different departments of the company
Contribute to growth of business activity by capturing customer's feedback and relaying it to management
